The Zen of Leadership



There are many aspects that are parallel to the guiding philosophies of the concepts and the prospects of Zen Buddhism.

I do not pretend to have Buddhism have a deep knowledge of Zen, but by the insights that can I do to see the detailed implementation in relation to power.

The parallel exists in the context of the concept of leaders without leadership.
